Our established claims management process ensures insurers are promptly notified of claims, the required documentation is prepared and reviewed, and all parties are kept informed of claim progress. We engage with insurers and third-party service providers involved in the claims process to advocate for timely and reasonable outcomes, and we actively follow up to facilitate prompt payment by the insurer.
We focus on early resolution of claims, acting as your advocate and taking a proactive approach to help you receive the benefits you are entitled to under your policy.
In the event of a claim, your dedicated EBM Account Manager will guide you through all steps of the claims process, keeping you up-to-date and ensuring your peace of mind.
