Risk Solutions Network

 

The Risk Solutions Network is available to our Western Australian clients and provides a holistic approach to your Work, Health and Safety risk management program. 

 

This service provides access to critical incident support should a major incident, catastrophic injury, or workplace fatality occur.

 

Support is provided by industry experts in the following disciplines to help navigate a workplace incident:  

 

Legal support 

Support in the management and provision of legal advice in relation to investigations, management of major claims and / or prosecutions.  

 

Following a serious incident at your workplace, early confidential consultation with a legal provider is recommended to appropriately guide your incident response, initial investigation and trigger legal professional privilege over material created during the investigation.

 

Employee wellbeing support

Psychological first aid support for employees following a critical incident, and incident debriefing that includes: 

  • Debriefing within 48-72 hours of an incident 
  • Individual, or group-based counselling (where possible, with onsite attendance and/or phone support). 

The Risk Solutions Network will be expanded to include expert support from WH&S, Media relations and other disciplines. It will also be offered to our eastern state clients.
