EBM Insurance & Risk, part of the EBM Group, has introduced a new national leadership structure following a broader business review aimed at strengthening alignment across the organisation and enhancing support for clients, brokers and local markets.
Under the new structure, Ryan Cameron and Ashton George will assume expanded leadership responsibilities, working alongside Chief Value Officer Brad Stenton and Founder and CEO Alan Bishop to lead the business nationally.
This new structure will bring leadership closer to teams and clients across Australia.
“These changes position EBM for the future by strengthening leadership across our national business while maintaining our strong local presence,” says Mr Bishop.
“Ryan, Ashton and Brad are highly respected leaders with deep industry expertise. Together we are focused on supporting our people, delivering exceptional outcomes for clients and driving EBM’s long-term strategy.”
Mr Cameron has been with EBM for more than 10 years, while Mr George brings nearly 35 years of experience with the business.
As part of the new structure, Peter McLachlan will be leaving EBM Group.
“Peter has been with EBM over many years and we thank him for his time with us and wish him every success in the future.”
