EBM Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Brad Stenton to its Board of Directors, reflecting the company’s commitment to ensuring strong leadership and the right mix of expertise to support its strategic goals.
Brad joins the Board as an Executive Director after an 18-year career with EBM Group. Since starting in 2008 as Assistant Accountant, he has progressed through key leadership roles, including National Finance Manager (2016), Finance Director (2021), and Chief Financial & Value Officer (2025). His appointment recognises both his professional accomplishments and his dedication to the company’s values and long-term vision.
The shift from Finance Director to Chief Financial and Value Officer (CVO) reflects EBM Group’s broader approach to leadership in today’s complex business environment. The CVO role is designed to manage risks and opportunities beyond traditional financial metrics, with a particular focus on sustainability, technology adoption, and corporate reputation.
Brad’s pragmatic approach to financial management has been instrumental in maintaining strong foundations while navigating periods of opportunity and challenge.
