EBM Group began in 1975 with a clear focus: delivering trusted advice and building long-term relationships. This commitment laid the groundwork for a business built on integrity, consistency, and client-first thinking. From the very beginning, our approach has been centred on understanding our clients’ needs and providing reliable support they can depend on over time.

As our clients’ needs evolved, so did we, expanding into new service areas and developing specialist expertise. This growth has enabled us to respond to increasingly complex risk environments with confidence and clarity. By continually investing in knowledge and capability, we’ve strengthened our ability to deliver tailored, informed solutions that add real value.

Our commitment to people extends beyond our business. Through our Purposeful Partnerships Program, we support the communities and causes that matter most to our team, bringing our values to life in tangible ways.
Raised over $24,000 through events like the March On Challenge and Ocean Heroes Swim.
Supported causes directly, including visits to the WA Wildlife Hospital.
Prepared over 4,000 sandwiches for Eat Up and hungry children.
Gave back to organisations including Eat Up, Balu Blue, Ocean Heroes, Soldier On, Heart Foundation and Variety Australia.
Matched eligible team donations, amplifying support for causes our people care about.
Offered all team members a paid day annually to give back.
Distributed around $25,000 from our donation budget to community initiatives (as of May 2026).
